How do you make pods?

Does anyone have resources for making speaker pods to put down by my feet. I am making them for a 96 Civic CX. I have never done this before, but I can't get any midbass out of my doors and the drivers are already too big for the doors. The only way I can think to get them to produce midbass (100-200Hz) is the put them in pods.

After upgrading my door speakers to Earthquake components I expected to get a little midbass from my doors, but still, I got virtually nothing. This leaves me with a sizable quiet spot between about 100 and 200 Hz and that really ruins rock music.

best thing to do for mid bass it keep them in the doors and do a a good job deadening your doors. car woofers are designed, most of the time, to work best in large air spaces like your doors or IB.

you won't be able to get kick pods large enough.

can you do any EQ-ing in the 100-200Hz area??
