well i was thinkng a 15 ssi, so he doesnt have to upgrade electrical, he said the ssi 15 is $445, and is 750wrms, do think that would be okay? and maybe an amp suggestion??
because he has 700 to spend on sub/amp combo not just for the sub

TSX will edge on the SPL if powered correctly.
SSI will have most SQ out of all
TSI is just a BABY SSI... SQ based..

SSX sql/spl depending on the box.

i dont really like the TSi they sound good but there pretty beginner. go with an SSi 12 or 15 and ED nine.1. it should be right around what you want to spend.

If he had more money I would go with a set of SSI 10.22. I have a pair that I got stuck with (impulse buy) but I have been very happy stuck with these twins for sure, lol. I have them a little underpowered and they slam, very surprised and they fit right under the GP's back deck with lots of trunk room! I use lots of bass boost and haven't heard a peep from them. The only problem is they hit hard so they bring out extra rattles that I haven't found using 15's so I am getting some Malibu N pink lemonade and do some rattle finding tonight, lmfao...Polo.. :-O
