im thinking bout powering one Resonant Engineering RE SE 15" Sub with one Orion 2500d amp Wcc D5000 amp 5000 watt. is this a good idea?

you'll probably blow the sub overpowering it that much. i know you can give a sub more than it's rms, but that amp would be at least doubling it. i wouldn't do it.
