I've never heard a Treo, but from the way ppl talk they're great subs and I'm going to look into them. More than likely I'm going to buy 2 12s or 2 15s, but I only have room for about 5 or 6 cu. ft. of space for a box. Drivingreckless: How much are you looking to spend on an amp? and can you make the enclosure yourself? |

But i like the sounds of ported boxes alot better, but i listen to almost all rap, and im not sure wat you'll be listening to. As for an amp look into maybe a 2 channel that puts out around 400x2rms @2ohm. or you could wire them to 4ohm and find a monoblock that puts out about 800x1 @4ohm. All depends on how you plan on wiring the subs. Check out Kicker, Memphis, Orion, hifonics, or older fosgates(not a big fan of the newer ones)on Ebay and they have some good deals. For around 230 you can get a kicker that will push them nicely. |

Its a 800 watt monoblock and they're cheap for the sound you get from them. Not a big fan of audiobahn subs, as most ppl on here arent. Also, it says that amp is only 2ohm stable, but a friend of mine has been runnin a Lanzar Optidrive 12 Dual 2ohm VC in a ported box at 1ohm and it POUNDS!! My 15L7 didnt come close, thats why im gettin rid of it LOL. Is all of this being ran on your stock Alternator? Post Number: 253 Registered: Feb-06 | depending on your stock alt. size and how big your system is could be bad. and if your still wondering bout pg amps, i have 2 xenon 400.1's and i love them, not once have i experienced a problem with them. just if you get pg amps get there xenon line, they've been discontinued but if you can get hold of them there worth it. and they put out actual power. both my 400.1 were benched, rated something like 430 for one and a little higher for the other one. |
