I just spent all day wiring up subs in my girlfriends truck (something i have done so many times in the past) and the fuses on the amp blow as soon as i turn up the volume. I have never had this happen to me before, whats wrong???????

Sounds like your clipping your amp majorly. How high do you have the gain set? When you turn it up the fuse pops? Try adjusting the gain/bass boost and volume to see if it happens

if your playing the system and the fuses blow chances are your clipping your amp severly and your gain is most likely much too high, i really wouldn't doubt its all the way as thats a quite common misconception.

If its popping before you even get the radio turned on then you could possibly have a bad ground, short somewhere...
