I have a directed 1500d amp and it put out 800w at 2 ohm and 1200w at 1 ohm. i have a arsenal hooked up now and next week im going to be working for my dad the whole week and im going to make about $300 and in the summer i will make a lot more. also in the summer i decided i want to upgrade my arsenal already. what sub would you guys recomend with 1200 watts at 1 ohm?? i want SQL and im thinking about the Re SX, Ti, or ID Max. my budget is around $350.
out of those 3 the sx I don;t know how much of an upgrade that would be from the arsenal, and the TI is dual 4ohm so it cant be wired to 1 ohm, your best bet is the dual 2 ohm ID max v3.
ok well i might get the ID max. what should i tune it to? i was thinking 2.3^3 feet tuned to 28hz that would be one of image dynamics recomendations. how would that sound?
