Wednesday, May 05, 2004 - 02:36 GMT Alright i have broken in my sub at 4ohms 300rms. and now i want to put 600rms at 2ohms. The sub is a dual 2ohm sub and brahma said that there dual 2ohm sub has the wiring options of 1/2/4 ohms. Now how do i wire it to get just a 2 ohm load. My amp is a kicker 600.1 600rms at 2ohms 300rms at 4ohms

Wednesday, May 05, 2004 - 15:12 GMT you don't with a single sub. If the sub is 2+2 ohm DVC, you get 4 ohms, or 1 ohm. period. for 2 ohms, you add a second sub.

Wednesday, May 05, 2004 - 15:31 GMT haha the only other option is using a 2 channel amp with one channel per coil on the single sub not ideal, but it'd work
