I know this is off topic but i am buying a set of rims for my car that are 20X8.5 and 20X10 in the rear. The guy told me that either a 35mm or 40mm offset wouls work. But i dont want my rim coming that far outta my wheel well. Should i get 40 or 35? Thanks

okay the fitment is not sumin 4 looks its how the wheel will fit on the car....a 35mm offstet would be (on the front) half the width 4.25"+35mm would give u how much space is in the back of the wheel.....it would b nice if u said whut kind of car u have.......

ask the people that u r getting the rims from whuts best for the car but if that 35-40mm deal is right then just go with the 40 mm that will set ur wheel in further (towords the middle) than the 35mm but find out....Because if you put tires on the rims and its not how u want it.....It aint gonna b easy to get rid of them....just curious whut kind of rims r u putting on ur car
