I just changed my friends amp kit from a dental floss gauge to a 4 gauge but for some reason when i put everything in the protectio light comes on.... i don't get it, i did everything right...i think. even when i only put the remote wire in the amp goes into protection (so confused). Help me please guys i'm getting so fustrated...
check his ground wires... make sure they are tight and solid! next step would be to measure for power on all the wires on the back of the amp... I take it you checked fuses on the amp and on the power wires???
