If you are going to findd some subs within that price range it is going to be very difficult. try ebay and look at some comp vrs or type r's. both very good subs. are you looking for 10's or 12's?? |

I'd get a Dayton MKIII before anything mentioned or an Elemental Designs Kv.2 series. Broaden your horizons and get your self out of a stupid store thats worries how much you will contribute to their kids college funds instead of finding something good. |

Silver Member Username: ThigpenRVA, Va Usa Post Number: 460 Registered: Sep-05 | for around 1300 watts my vote goes to either 2 RE SE's (www.reaudio.com) or 2 Type R's, not sure on the pricing of the SE's anymore but you can get 2 Type R's off ebay for around 220 or so. for a little under 300 a sub, you could also get 2 12W6v2's or 2 12" IDMAX's which would both make really nice systems. |
