So heres what I'm doing... I run 2 12" eclipses to a rockford 3001 amp I'm running them mono so I have decided to hook up some 6" 3way sony explodes (cheap speakers that i bought from a friend for the hell of it) to the amp as well. the problem that i face is that to run the subs i have my gain set fairly high, with that will I be sending too much power to the sony's? if so what can I do to cap them off?
dont do it.If that is the p series, that amp is only 2 ohm stable, and if the t series, it is only 1 ohm stable and if those are dual 4 subs, to much ohm load for amp, to add some speakers that you will blow up.
