I am thinking of purchasing some diamond audio d661a's for my doors on a 2004 honda accord, they will be getting about 95 watts rms each. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with these speakers and what they think of them. Also what they might sound like condsidering my wattage.
thank you

I have listened and compared the Diamond audio 7" comp set against MB Quart, Boston and a few others at magnolia hi-fi just a few months ago. The Diamond audio beat them all hands down. 2nd place went to MB Quart, but there was a huge gap between MB and Diamond audio.

Basicly MB sounded like a person talking with their nose pinched, while the diamond audio responded with clarity. This was in the midrange.

I would recommend Diamond audio over most other comp sets out there.

Just my .02

If you get a chance i would recommend the diamond hex if you are willing to spend the money, but the d661a are good too, better then anything else at the price range.
