Here's what I am making for my 2 Ava 15"s. It'll be 5 cu.ft. after displacement. There is also an interior support/dividing wall do it's dual chambered. Anyone planning to use ths will pay a fee of $5 lol. Jk... :-)Upload

BTW if you look closely, it's double baffled for strength and flush mounting.

SIX, your numbers are wrong for the mounting diameters. Cut the inner diameter at exactly 14. (14 works a little better than 14.125 (or so Chad said )) and the outer diameter is 15.5. Those are what I cut mine at for flush mounting and it fit really nicely

why didn't u pick 1" MDF instead ? - shouldn't occupy that much more space .........

that step down on top of the box is going to be very difficult to make, even with the brace.
