Post Number: 1984 Registered: Jul-05 | well a Jl 13w7 is rated @ 1000wrms & the 1000/1 amp is made for it so if u bought 1 amp then u will actually be hearing 1/2 of what those subs can really do . $550 where ? , used ? that SPL is 3000max , 2000wrms @ 1 & i guestimate will do about 1400/1500 wrms very most but will not play as clean as better amps .... |

Gold Member Username: James1115Wilton, Ct Post Number: 4149 Registered: Dec-04 | because of the dual 1.5 ohm Voice coil configuration on that sub not just any amp will work. I highly recomend using just 1 and running it with a 1000/1 it will sound better then 2 not powered properly! |
