what are the advantages on dynomating my 2000 integra ( i have 10w7 and 500/1 )

Is it worth the cash?

should i only do some parts?

NO, if you dynamat, don't. Use other brands such as; Blackmat, Edead, fat mat, etc.

2) Sometimes its better

Yes using a sound deadening material to stiffen up the metal on your car to reduce road noise will help your system sound cleaner and louder. It is worth the money if you have a decent system. If you do use it, use it in your trunk first. Basically you want to cover everything in the car, Its not hard its just tedious work. AND DONT FORGET TO USE SOME OF THE MATERIAL ON THAT D@MN LICENSE PLATE!

Usually manufacturer recomend 2 layers on the floor and doors, and one layer on the roof of the car. Get to the roof of the car is usually easy, putting it all back together can be a pain. If you do it, make sure you set-up a lot of time and get one or two more people to help you out.
