Hi, Well I'am want to make to top of my box plexiglass. Any of you guys know how to bond the plexiglass to MDF and make it seal good?? I dont want to use carpenters glue as I will see the glue through the plexiglass where the screws are. The plexiglass will be flat on the top with screws of course, but I'am thinking of maybe some kind of foam to seal it or maybe clear silicone.. but would the silicone be good enough as a glue also?? thank you

Drill holes in the plexiglass and use screws.

Use screws and silicone.

The screws will keep the seal tight and the silicone will ensure its air tight
