bertschkid Unregistered guest | I know nothing about subs so I want to know what are some good 500 watt subs that are cheaper and a good amp to go along with that as well as what kind of box to use. I want to use two subwoofers so i guess that requires a certain kind of amp. The bands I listen to most are Linkin Park , Good Charlotte, Trapped, 50 cent, eminem, Limpbizkit, as well as others so I need a system that will sound good and provide load pounding bass with these bands. At any rate, try these: 2 Adire Audio Shiva 12" subs (upto 650wRMS each) 2 Kicker 02KX1200.1 amplifier (1200wRMS x 1 @ 2 Ohms) 1 ported enclosure, ~2cu ft per sub, tuned to ~35Hz That should do everything you want and then some. |

bertschkid Unregistered guest | I just read a bunch of reviews on those subs and they all use it for there home theater system. I am actually wanting subs for my car. If these will work in my car then I may get them. |

Anonymous | They will work in your car. If you look at www.adireaudio.com then you'll see that the Shiva line is listed under car and home audio. Their subs are ideal for home or car anyway, since it's up to you to pick the enclosure. |
