so i just got an audiobahn a2201Q amp and i also have a rockford fosgate PUNCH P1 sub. when i hook it up it doesnt work like a sub just a real bad speaker. so does anyone know anything about either of these things? i know the amp is a 2 channel, does that mean i can run a sub on it or not or is it only for speakers? im new at this so sorry. the sub is 4ohnm and the amp says 50 watts x 2 @ 4 ohms stereo
70 watts x 2 @ 2 ohms stereo
140 watts x 1 @ 4 ohms mono

so can i do this or not? and if so how? thanks

is the sub single voice coil 4ohm or 8ohm or 2ohm
if its single voice coil 4ohm you can just bridge the amp so it can give it 140 watts. It should sound good i heard two of them in a ported box and they hit enough but with one it might not be much

You need to operate the amp in bridged mode. Check the amp's manual or look at the terminals. It should be marked.
You might also want to set the LPF/HPF switch to LP for subs. If you have a frequency cut off, set it to 100Hz
