Is it better to use subs as only basss or with sound? What do you guys reccomend? Its a dual voice coil sub at the RMS raiting and its in a bandpass box any suggestion? Leave it bass only or add some sound into it im guessing if i add sound id take away from the bass?

duh.
it's the same concept with components and their crossovers.
besides that, subs are too heavy(conewise and VC-wise) to reproduce voices accurately imo.

Okay well thats how i have it set so ill leave it. I just wanted the subs for the bass anyways.

A better idea would be 2 boxes one for Bass one stickly SPL in my mind.

Now maybe youd wana throw in how to put a 2 chan amp together witha mono chan amp 2 power one sub.

subs are ment for bass strictly...

thats why u have good set of componets to deliver you the clear sound,

if u put the high cross over on ur subs. u are taking a risk of blowing them

((im drunk :-)
