New member Username: SchnizoPost Number: 1 Registered: Jul-05 | Hey guys have been out of the car audio game for many years. I'm building a new system have bought a single JL 12w6v2 and a 500/1. Went to a store and the salesman who is a JL dealer bashed the amp. He said they were junk. Told me to go with kicker. Any experience with the 500/1. He also said the kicker 12L7 will out perform the W6 in all catergories. What do you think should I return the stuff or not? He said the KX 700.5 is cleaner then the 500/1 and 300/4 combo |

Kicker amps are decent though, but not up the the level of JL slash amps. |
