I was wonderin i was going to wire my 2 10" 4 ohm (200 watt rms, 450 watt max-per speaker)Rockford Fosgate punch stage 2 speakers one speaker to each channel

but i noticed that it has 500 watts at 4 ohms vs. 200 watt x2 at 4 ohms, my question is should i wire them each speaker to one channel or bridge them and wire them in parallel for a 2ohm load??

Sony Xplod Specialty series 1200 watt amp
* Amplifier Type: 2-channel
* RMS Power @ 4 Ohms: 200W x 2
* THD at 4-Ohm RMS Power: 0.008%
* Bridged RMS Power @ 4 Ohms: 500W x 1
* Speaker Level Inputs: Yes
* Preamp Outputs: Yes
* Built-In Crossovers: LP
* Bass Boost: 0 - 10 dB
* Frequency Response: 5-50,000 Hz
* Signal to Noise Ratio: n/a
* Fuse Rating: 2 x 40 amps

Run em in stereo.

That amp is definitely not stable bridged into a 2 ohm load. You could run the subs in series and bridge the amp into an 8 ohm load but you wouldn't get any more power than stereo and would experience a slight phase shift between subs.
