Alright i'm building a sealed box for two Kicker L7 15" subs. I want the box to be around 9 cubic feet... And I got these dimensions 18h*39w*23d... is that gonna be good? Well will it hit hard? With the right amp and deck?

I'm not as experienced like the big boys here but i do read stuff on the net alot .

Just go to Kicker's site , read up , get the rec specs & then go to www.the12volt.com & use their free box dimentions calculator . Easy as pie !

People in my area like the higher series Premier decks . Match sub rms to a mono amp whatever brand u can afford ......

If you're going with 9 cu ft, you might as well port it. That's a large box not to. If you want to go sealed, I would sugges no more than 6 cubes and no less than 4 for the pair.
