I HAVE 2 KICKER COMP 12" VR NOT/ CVR ...DUEL VOICE COIL THE R.M.S. IS 400 EACH AND 800 MAX EACH.... THESE SUBS KNOCK !!!!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE TO ANYBODY!!!!! THE BEST ONES I EVER HAD....I WAS TOLD THAT IF I USED THE KX/850.2 IT WOULD BE GREAT ....BUT,ITS 2 OHM AND THE 12'S ARE 4 OHM AND THE POWER SEEMS LOW LIKE 200 WATTS TO EACH SUB. I AM LOOKING FOR THE BEST ,MOST POWERFUL AMP FOR THESE SUBS..I AM SO CONFUSED WITH ALL THIS OHM STUFF .... IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP ME PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!
but for your other question...the kicker 850.2 would work excellent with those ubs. all you have to do is run one sub on one channel in parrelel..and do the same with the other sub on the 2nd channel..and each sub will be getting around 500wrms.
