Ok. I have two amps now, and i cant decide which one will work. I have a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am (105 Amp alternator). I have a Pioneer 6700MP head-unit which has 10A current. Here are my two options:

1) 1100 watt rms @2ohm Power Acoustic Amp (3x30 Amp rating @1 ohm) --> I will be using this at 2 ohms. So it won't be pulling 90A will it? It should only pull like 70, or am i wrong?

2) 900 watt rms @ 2ohm Kenwood amp (2x40 Amp rating @1 ohm)

So if i have a 105 A alternator:
95 (10 goes to Head-Unit)
15 (80 goes to Amp)
Then the remaining 15A can be used for lights, A/C, and windshield wipers.

Whicch amp should i choose? And do you think this is overdoing the battery or no?

Thanks.
