Orion 600D amp

how is this amp? it fits my sub perfect, 250wx1 at 4ohm (i assume this is rms am i right). the website says it retails for $650 and it is being sold for $230. its a class D amp too. i am currently using an older RF amp, do you think this Orion is better?

awesome amp. I own the 2500D and i couldnt be happier. Just watch out because even the 600D likes to suck alot of juice from your charging system. You should be allright.

cool maybe ill have to get a HO alternator or whatever those things that power your battery are.

I too own a 2500d.
i purchased it to replace four Rockford Fosgate 301m mono amps running four 10" DVC MTX81044a's

My experience is the RF301m class A/B produces a tighter, more crisp bass.
The 2500d is as loud (maybe slightly louder but at that level is maybe only a db or two) but not as accurate.

2500d pushing four 10s at 1.3ohm
301m pushing one 10 at 2ohm times four.

four RF caps.

Stick with the older RF (class A/B = quality) over the 600d ((class D - quantity)
