Once again, what's better??

My question is what's better sub for both sq and spl in $200 range, Atlas 12", Shiva 12" or maybe something else?!what I wan't is great sq, looooow dynamic clean and soft notes, transparency, and all that but on occasions I want it too be able to break my rear windshield haha, well maybe not that drastic but close.I'd be getting 2 subs and amp that I have now is MTX 8100Thunder 500RMS@4ohm and 1000RMS@2ohm I found shivas for $112 each ,that's my price but $149 for atlas's is fine too!I'd apreciate any help Thanks
