Ok need a lil suggestions!

What do you think will pound harder? I dont care about SQ i just want BASS! Ok I can get 2 15" JL Audio Wo's and a 500watt JL Audio amp in a sealed box for 400. Or I can get 2 12" Fusion PowerPlant's in a sealed box with a SPL 1600watt amp for 350? What should I get!
