well i just got a head unit from my friend...and i got everything workin right except that when i push the button to open and close the face nothing happens, and it also is not playing cd's(it wont even take them) when i finished hookin up the wires i had a few left over 3 to be exact. Anyone have any ideas?
humm... exactly which wires did you have left? At least make sure you have switched 12v(red) Constant 12v(yellow) ground(black). These are the necessary wires that are needed for all the power functions to work on most HU.
