Alright guys, ive seen all these videos, where girls with long hair sit in trucks, and their hair looks like the just stuck their finger in a light socket when they turn the system on, and videos, where car roofs, and doors flex, i havnt had the joy of sitting in a vehicle like that, and was wondering, if its ridiculously loud, or is it all just sound pressure..

it has high spl at low frequencies. ithink you'll have to be able to hit 135-up at around 30-35hz to make a girl hair move like that.BUt i could be wrong

I've sat in a truck that did in the 150's. It isn't really loud, like hurting you're ears. It's more like I can't breathe, you're whole body feel's like it is being squeezed. You sware you're going to sufficate or something... It was bad a$$!

Being in a car that produces 160db at 65hz doesnt seem as loud or hurt nearly as bad as 150db car at 30hz.

depends on what you are looking for I would tune it to 25-30htz for optimal SQL. If all you want is high SPl first thats not the sub to do it with but I would tune somewhere around 45-55htz. Zac would be the one to talk to about High SPL.
