Dual 15" box

I will be pushing it with a brutus 1500D. What sized box should i use and how would i tune the box? I would like it to be tuned to about 35hz. First time box builder but im extremely handy so i shouldnt have any problems just need some advice from the pros in hur oh yea for a 2.0 cu ft box the port has to be 3.75" x 3.75" per 15 or equivalent area in a slot or whatever. where should i place this at and does it matter where i place it. Anymore adivce u can give me would be helpfull

I'm not completely sure but i would build a 8 cuft box, or 2 4 cuft boxes. http://www.carstereo.com/help/Articles.cfm?id=31 that web site has calculators to help you tune the box.
