Is one MTX thunder 801D to much for a Shiva?

Shiva's are 350 rms I think, correct me if I'm wrong. Dual 8 ohm voice coils I think, so that would produce a 4 ohm load. I think the 801D puts out 400 watts rms at 4 ohms.

Thanks for the info Anyone else have any thoughts?
