i know the whole thing about a capacitor wont make up for an alternator and all that, but whats the differences/advantages/disadvantages of one of those Xstatic BatCaps as apposed to a normal capacitor.
the batcaps are basically a deep cycle battery connected to a large capacitance, so you get a big capo and a battery all in one. It's not a bad idea.. you just have to use it properly and not try using it to compensate for something else you may need. that's all.
