It should say in the users manual if it can. Usually you have to manually program the title of the station into the cd player will remember it.
I'm not sure how it works for Pioneers, but I have an Alpine deck and thats how I have to do it.
I tried to look up your model on the Pioneer website to find the manual to check it out, but I couldn't find it, so hopefully one came when you purchased it. Good luck!
