I was wondering if you knew the names of any software about cars and possibly where I could aquire it.
I'm looking for one in perticular, or similar; it has a windows interface and allows you to select the make then model, then year and it displays a page that has what wires are what and where (ex. tach. wire white wire located on dist.) and has all of the wires for the radio, cruise, power windows/locks, and everything else. It's intended to be used by car shops that install car alarms and stereo systems. Any info you or anybody else that is reading this can help, it would be greatly appreaciated! Thnx in advance for the replies.

All of the software I know of like that is very expensive, and usually only available to people within the industry. I don't know anything you'd be able to get access to, or find worth the cost for limited use.
sorry

Metra has software like this.

Most of the stuff I used was provided by various companies.
