what do ya'll think about buying used subs on eBay? seems like more of a risk than buying a used amp to me. am i correct in assuming this?

Hey JW, unless you can view the product in person, don't do it. I've had my share of used speakers. Not worth the trouble and money.
It seems lot of people are setting speakers/subs after it's been abused. Sure the picture will look great, but when you actually get the product and take appart the sub/speakers, you'll notice lot of annoying problems.
So unless it's someone honest, don't.
