Any help would be welcomed. I was given a JL Audio 12W7 Sub. I am looking for an Amp to push the speaker. I have two MTX 6001 amps already. Will this be good or should I go a different route?
I dont know about the MTX amps, never had one. But I would say that a Power 1001bd or a Power 501bd would do the trick. If your amp/s can push the sub or match the other amps I listed then stick with the MTX's if you dont want to spend any money.
try jls 600.1 or whatever the damn thing is called. it will be a good match for your w7, yes i know that the rms is 750 but the amp is underrated and you dont need 750 to push it to full excursion
