where can you get the microphone that measures your db

Microphone? Don't you mean test device? Radio Shack used to sell one that measured the db. I'm sure you can search on google.

It's $399.00

The radio shack one only measures to 120dB, and it's more designed for tuning than for mobile audio SPL use.
the Audiocontrol unit measures to 160+dB

oh, in case you're unaware, 160dB is 4 orders of magnitude greater than 120dB.
every 10dB doubles the audible volume, and takes approximately ten times the amount of power to achieve.
that's a huge difference between the meters.
