I am running a set of Boston Acoustics SL60 components in the factory locations of my Pathfinder. They are powered by an Alpine head unit (CDA-9825), which does not have built-in crossover settings. Unfortunately, the speakers are a constant vexation when dished low frequencies despite my sub's control of the low-end response. Will Dynamat or its equivalents address speaker rattle or should I consider a filter so they stay within their singing capabilities?
