I have 8 subwoofers. Max watts is a little under 4000. Rms is about half of that. What would a good amp be for my situation?

hah i wouldnt worry bout an amp at the moment but a couple of yellowtop batteries in your trunk first.. not to mention a h/o alternator swap but match rms. with rms of amp.. dont have to be exact just try to not go over the rms, you probably will need 3-4 amps to push your (8) subs..

they should say right on them what ohm rating they are. if they have 2 sets of connectors then they are dvc (dual voice coil). Is it possible to do research on your subs via google search??
