I have a Sony cdx-fw570 head unit,Can I use this for spl uses.Or would ya'll recomend another brand of head units.

sonys are ok i would recommend pionneer for the simple fact that it has more settings for your subs and highs output and the sound if set right can be great i have hade one for about 6 years and never failed thats my opinion
