You may be drawing to much power for your cable, what gauge is it? Is that fuse the size that came with it? What class is your amp? How many volts is your alternator putting out? Do you have a capacitor? When you turn the volume up does it blow instantly or is it when a deep hit comes along? When you turn the volume up your asking the amp to put out peak performance and power so they suck in a lot of juice, if it can't handle it you should back it down a few bars :-).
