1 Infinity Perfect 12 VQ sub off of this amp?

Okay, here's what I'm thinking now:

I'm looking at getting an Infinity Perfect 12 VQ 400W RMS (SVC & 4 Ohm) and running it off my Kenwood KAC-7201 amp.

The amp runs 460W RMS X 1 (@ 4 Ohm) when bridged.

My stupid questions are these:

1) Will my amp be facing a 4 Ohm load?

2) Is this a good match?

I'm interested in just one sub due to limitations on space. The VQ thrives in small sealed boxes. ...and I already purchased the Kenwood amp. I've already got 1 Infinity 1230 (300W RMS) but I'm thinking it's not going to handle the power as well as the VQ.

Anyway, if you could answer those two questions I'd be very appreciative!
