Ok, my old sub is a Audiobahn AW1200Q, 12". First off, I don't need any body talking crap about my sub, I just want honest answers. The sub actually doesn't have too bad of sq, better than what I thought from what people said it would be, and it does get pretty loud for just 1 12". It is in a 2.28 cf slot ported box, tuned to about 36 hz. I am pushing it with a MTX 311D amp, it's 620 max, 310 rms, and was tested to push about 315 rms. What I need is a sub, not super expensive, that I could replace my audiobahn with. I know if I sell my audiobahn, and maybe put up a teeny bit more cash, I could get something that sounds a lot better. Anybody got any suggestions for a sub that would work with my box and amp. Also, I'm not too worried about sq, I want it to be as loud as I can get it.

hmmmm, that a tough one, i would say go for a k series by elemental design, or the vmax, 315 rms kinda limits you from the loud part, but the vmax should hit pretty hard

David, the box is for a 12". But neway, I know 315 isn't gonna win any competitions, but I know there are some good subs out there that can still hit hard with it. Maybe something rated for more that can reach almost full potential at 315 watts?

Anything else out there? MTX's? Comp VR? My audiobahn is pretty loud like I said, but I am wondering if there is anything else out there that will pound better for the same price. Anything $150 and lower shipped is what I'm looking to spend.
