goto your local bodyshop supply store and buy some high heat urethene, or epoxy, get quick set because it tends not to be overly brittle, but can't you return it for warranty, that sounds like a factory defect to me!
it's a hand made speaker, so it wouldn't be a factory defect, and since it just needs reglued I don't see the point in going and paying to have it done
