Hi guys, i have been having a problem with my new GPX ht219b home theater system. After finishing the setup, i was only able to get surround sound from my dvd player, so when i try to just watch tv i dont have surround sound. I have tried everything i can think of and now need some help. Again, its a GPX HT219B home theater system connected to a 32" coby lcd tv.
This is from another post but it probably applies to you also. You do not have a red and white audio out from your TV so you can't use that connection. Check the back of the TV to see what is labeled out put, it is probably only the optical plug. If you have a cable box use the red and white out puts from that to the stereo.
