Ok I've had this cheap Pro Logic 2 for about two years now giving to me by my mom. It was and is the first sound system I have ever had so to me the sound was great.

Only one problem, when ever I watch a movie the people in the movies voices do not get loud enough for me to hear. I have to crank my system and TV just so I can hear them and turn it down during the action scenes.

The first TV i used was a Symphonic and now Im using Durabrand, there pretty much the same Television sets. Is there something Im not doing that I am aware of or is it that these damn TV's arent compatible with home theater systems, thanks.

about 90% of the dialogue of movies comes out of the center channel speaker, if you don't have one, or have a crappy one, then that is probably the problem. You may be able to adjust individual speaker levels on your receiver, but consult the owner's manual for specifics. Perhaps if I knew what receiver or system you're talking about, I could help more, but w/o more info, there's nothing i can do.
