If i subscrible to basic dish service, is there a way to recieve more channels?

i am thinking about getting satelite tv through dish network i got a flyer in the mail which sounds like a pretty good deal compared to my comcast digital cable service, i was wondering if i just subscribed to the cheapest plan through dish, is there a way of receiving movie channels without paying for them?(kinda like filters for digital cable). I am just wondering, and any input would be helpful.
yes if you get the magic card you can unlock all channels very easy if you already have a plan and best of all if your card gets hit you still get normal TV.
