I have two dull areas on my Samsung 42" Plasma Samsung HP-T4264 I have used the tools in the menu..White, Scrolling & Side Gray for hours and no change. The dull areas are located in the bottom left & bottom right of the screen. They look like curved waves, and the picture is out of focus in these areas.
As the TV is 4 years old there is no warranty and Samsung told me to take it to a dealer for evaluation. This will probably be expensive if it can be repaired at all. Has anyone seen or heard of this? Any suggestions? Thanks
