Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. Some reports indicate that SV360 is up and some say it is down on public IKS. The main interesting conclusion is that if you go down for any reason, say, because you deliberately disconnect, it is is difficult to get back on.
Also please note that for files problems, you need to update your ihub to v2.2 prior to updating your ihub with the 422.
