For the first time in my life I have cable tv from a small rural company who somehow took over some older cable lines . They gave me HBO free for a few months and I called them to let them know I did not want it. I'm watching a fight on HBO right now and get a pretty good pic except for redness in the face of people. Does anybody know if this is normal for cable?
No that's not normal, as in not how it should be. It sounds as if the cable co left you with a loose connection rather than a disconnect. Many cable companies are known for undoing things half way.
